CANCELLATION POLICY

Deposit is non-refundable! Deposit can be used within a week of cancellation if and when you do not violate the 24hr policy of rescheduling and cancellation. Cancellation must be done at least 24 hrs before your scheduled appointment. If not, you will need to make another deposit. An additional 30% will be charged for no shows. Appointments must be cancelled or rescheduled within 24 hours of scheduled appointment.
